About the role

We are seeking a Software Implementation Lead to guide scientific organisations through the deployment and adoption of our specialised software platform. Based in our London office, you will act as the primary bridge between clients and our technical teams, ensuring complex scientific workflows are translated into effective software configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end software implementation projects for scientific customers.
• Collaborate with internal developers to tailor the platform to specific research needs.
• Provide training and support to ensure successful user adoption.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, meeting timelines and quality standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client queries and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience in a customer‑facing role such as implementation, consulting, or technical support.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Confidence working with scientific data, laboratory workflows and research processes.
• Excellent organisational abilities and multitasking capability.
