Software Test & Systems Validation Engineer

About the role

Join a fast‑growing Systems Integration and Validation team delivering high‑quality simulation and modelling solutions for regulated engineering environments. You will be responsible for ensuring that complex software products meet customer requirements and are ready for deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret customer and project requirements from a test and validation perspective.
• Analyse system architectures and define software test environment needs.
• Develop detailed test plans, procedures and validation strategies.
• Execute functional, integration and system‑level testing throughout development cycles.
• Investigate defects, analyse logs and test data, and support verification and certification activities.
• Provide regular status updates, produce test reports and support release activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience validating or testing complex software or systems.
• Understanding of Verification & Validation (V&V) principles.
• Python scripting experience and ability to produce test documentation.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent testing qualification.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
