Software Trainer – Hybrid (Online & Classroom)

About the role

Elecosoft is seeking a dynamic Software Trainer to join its Asta team. This full‑time hybrid position combines online and classroom delivery, helping clients master Elecosoft’s project and asset management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions—both virtual and face‑to‑face—to diverse client groups.
• Conduct live software demonstrations of Asta products.
• Create and customise training materials, manuals, and e‑learning content.
• Provide ongoing instructional support and answer user queries.
• Collect client feedback and work with development and support teams to continuously improve training programmes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in computer software training or general training delivery.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Elecosoft’s Asta product suite.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage varied audiences.
• Understanding of software development concepts or experience with software solutions is a plus.
• Background in instructional design to produce user‑friendly training assets.
• Flexibility to adapt sessions to client needs; construction‑industry exposure is a bonus.
