Software Trainer – Legal Services (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Software Trainer to design, develop and deliver in‑house training solutions for a legal services firm. The role works closely with Change, Learning & Development and Project teams to provide both day‑to‑day and project‑specific training.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver IT training strategy and materials across multiple formats.
• Provide onboarding and refresher training, creating engaging learning content.
• Assess training effectiveness and collect feedback to improve programmes.
• Support users post‑implementation during system changes.
• Administer and track training activities and records.

Required profile

• Prior experience delivering IT training, preferably within the legal sector.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Excellent understanding of IT systems, software and tools used in law firms.
• Passion for learning and development with strong technical communication skills.
• Relevant training certifications are desirable.
