Solar Electrician – Full Training & Progression

About the role

Join a rapidly expanding renewables team delivering domestic solar installations across South Wales and the South West of England. This permanent position offers full solar PV training, a company van, fuel card and clear progression pathways for a fully qualified electrician.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installations and maintenance for residential solar PV systems.
• Perform on‑site commissioning, testing and fault diagnosis.
• Travel to multiple sites in Newport, Cardiff, Bristol, Bath and surrounding valleys.
• Maintain accurate service records and adhere to health & safety standards.

Required profile

• Fully qualified electrician with NVQ Level 3 (18th Edition) certification.
• Valid full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel regularly; occasional overnight stays are rare.
