Solar Sales Manager

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Solar Sales Manager to join a fast‑growing renewable energy company with over 15 years in the sector. The role is hybrid, based in London, and focuses on residential solar and EV charging solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Qualify and convert pre‑generated residential solar leads.
- Educate customers on smart energy systems and guide them through the transition to solar and EV charging.
- Develop relationships with commercial clients in the renewable sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Required profile
- Proven track record in securing business within the renewable energy sector.
- Self‑motivated, confident communicator with B2C sales experience.
- Ability to work independently and liaise effectively with internal teams.
Required skills
- Technical knowledge of solar energy systems.
- Understanding of EV charging technologies.
What we offer
- Base salary £30,000‑£40,000 per year.
- On‑target earnings (OTE) £60,000‑£70,000.
- Hybrid working model.
