About the role
JMF Associates is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to take full responsibility for credit management within its North Kent office. You will join a busy, supportive team and report directly to the Financial Controller, helping to protect cash flow and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Full credit control and payment chasing
- Meet and exceed monthly cash collection and debtor day targets
- Resolve invoice queries and issue/allocate credit notes
- Process credit and debit card payments
- Maintain all aspects of the ledger, posting and allocating cash receipts
- Reconcile sales ledger accounts
- Maintain excellent customer relationships
Required profile
- Proven experience working in credit control
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Required skills
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency
What we offer
- 35‑hour working week
- 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and 3 extra days between Christmas and New Year
