Solicitor – Estates & Contentious Probate (Salisbury)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor or Associate Solicitor to join a respected legal organisation in Salisbury, specialising in estate administration, trusts and contentious probate. Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of contentious probate disputes and Inheritance Act 1975 claims.
• Handle will validity challenges, trust and estate disputes, and executor/trustee matters.
• Provide advice to individuals, families and beneficiaries on complex estate and private client issues.
• Develop business relationships and support client development activities.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Proven experience in estates and contentious probate matters.
• Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of trust and estate law and commercial awareness.
