Solicitor – Road Traffic Offences Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with litigation rights to join a specialist private‑crime firm operating in the North of England. The position is primarily remote, with a requirement to attend the office on a day every two to three weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of road traffic offence matters, including prosecutions and related legal work.
• Handle ancillary tasks such as inquests and other related legal proceedings.
• Attend court hearings as required, with occasional travel to various locations.
• Collaborate with counsel when the firm instructs external representation.

Required profile

• Full police station accreditation.
• Demonstrated experience dealing specifically with road traffic offences.
• Willingness and ability to attend the office in the North of England once every two to three weeks.
• Preference for candidates based in the North of England.
