Solution Architect – Property Industry

About the role

As a Solution Architect in the property industry, based in Leatherhead, you will design and deliver technical solutions that align with business needs. You will ensure seamless integration of technology within the organisation's operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead the architecture and technical design of solutions within assigned programmes, evaluating options and defining solution building blocks.
• Design and document scalable, efficient solution architectures.
• Ensure alignment of technology solutions with organisational objectives and industry standards.
• Work closely with development teams to oversee implementation and governance of solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend technology tools and platforms to meet project needs.
• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies for technology projects.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams as required.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging technologies relevant to the property sector.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar solution architecture role.
• Demonstrable knowledge of TOGAF (or a comparable architecture framework) including the Architecture Development Method (ADM), the Enterprise Continuum and Architecture Governance.
• Demonstrable knowledge of the ArchiMate modelling language.
