Solution Architect / Solution Designer (Contract)

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established client to strengthen their architecture function during a migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This contract role will provide essential solution design support, reducing pressure on the existing team and ensuring timely delivery of key project milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver robust solution architectures to support a legacy ERP migration.
• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to define solution designs that align with business requirements.
• Produce clear, practical designs in a fast‑paced delivery environment.
• Navigate ambiguity and incomplete requirements, translating them into well‑defined technical solutions.
• Support the successful delivery of a brownfield transformation programme.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Solution Designer, or Integration‑Focused Technical Designer on complex business systems programmes.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or LS Central.
• Experience with EPOS/POS systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and legacy ERP migration projects.
