Solution Consultant

About the role

The Solution Consultant works as a hands‑on technical advisor, helping customers understand and adopt ServiceNow solutions. You will partner with Digital Sales teams to qualify needs, showcase the platform, and drive sales outcomes across the EMEA territory.

Key responsibilities

• Assist sales teams during discovery to qualify customer requirements.
• Deliver product demonstrations, both standard and customized, for prospects and existing accounts.
• Create and maintain demo scripts, scenarios, and demonstration environments.
• Scope and execute Proof‑of‑Concept/Proof‑of‑Value engagements.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and support proposal development.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product releases, competitive positioning, and industry regulations.
• Support marketing activities such as conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
• Provide transition briefings with Sales and Professional Services before deployment.

Required profile

• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a technical consulting or pre‑sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience thinking about AI integration into business processes.
• Strong communication skills for executive briefings and training.
