Solutions Architect – Integrations (Remote, UK/EU)

About the role

Sardine is looking for a Solutions Architect to lead its Integration Team. You will act as the technical bridge between customer environments and Sardine’s fraud, risk and compliance platform, delivering end‑to‑end implementations for a global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing integration team to deliver seamless client onboarding.
• Own API, SDK documentation and integration guides while providing hands‑on support during customer onboarding.
• Analyze client requirements, design solutions, and manage implementation projects from planning through production.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and post‑sales teams to resolve technical issues and improve the implementation experience.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in implementation management, integrations engineering, technical account management or solution architecture.
• 3+ years in B2B SaaS within payments, fraud, risk or compliance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What we offer

• Base salary £100,000‑£135,000 (or €90,000‑€135,000) plus equity.
