Solutions Architect – Microsoft Dynamics & Azure

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architecture professional to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑wide technology solutions that support our digital transformation strategy. The role will define solution architecture, set technology standards and ensure scalable, secure, future‑ready solutions across a Microsoft‑first estate.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end Microsoft‑based solutions, including Azure, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Establish and enforce technology standards, governance and security policies.
• Lead large‑scale digital transformation programmes and architecture governance in multi‑vendor environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Drive API‑led, micro‑services and event‑driven architectures and oversee integration services.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, release management and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect or similar senior role.
• Proven track record designing enterprise‑scale Microsoft solutions.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Hands‑on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Azure Integration Services.
• Experience with API design, micro‑services, event‑driven architectures and software development.
• Solid knowledge of cloud security, identity management, governance, compliance and privacy.
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives and working in Agile delivery environments.
