About the role

Join an award‑winning technology and digital recruitment consultancy as a Sourcing & Delivery Recruitment Consultant. You will work alongside experienced consultants to source, engage and manage top tech talent for specialist markets, delivering real impact from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and engage candidates across technology, software and digital sectors.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for multiple client accounts.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and clients to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proactive, confident and motivated attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background in customer‑facing roles such as hospitality, retail or sales is welcomed.
• Graduates or individuals with transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
