Spa Attendant

About the role

As a Spa Attendant at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire, you will ensure the spa environment is immaculate, welcoming, and fully prepared for each guest. Working closely with therapists and the reception team, you will help deliver a seamless, luxurious experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, lounges, changing rooms, and public spaces.
• Prepare treatment rooms to the highest standards before and after each appointment.
• Replenish spa amenities, towels, robes, slippers, and guest products throughout the day.
• Monitor facilities and proactively address any presentation or cleanliness concerns.
• Welcome guests warmly, provide directions, and answer general enquiries.
• Support therapists and the Spa Reception team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with laundry management and stock control within the spa.
• Uphold health, safety, hygiene, and brand standards consistently.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury spa or hotel environment.
• Strong eye for detail and pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Guest‑focused attitude with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively with therapists, reception staff, and other team members.
