Spa Manager – Day Spa Venue

About the role

Our client, the UK’s largest operator of leisure facilities and spas, is seeking a dynamic Spa Manager to lead a day‑spa venue in the heart of Hampshire. You will be the visible face of the spa, driving luxury service standards and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and schedule therapist and host teams.
• Provide expert advice to guests on spa facilities and treatments.
• Promote memberships, manage bookings and drive sales targets.
• Oversee recruitment, staff rostering and payroll processing.
• Maintain product knowledge, deliver treatment training and ensure high‑quality service.
• Manage budgeting, financial reporting and profitability.

Required profile

• Strong leadership with a passion for luxury hospitality.
• Experience in high‑end skin‑care treatments and a beauty background.
• Level 3 Beauty qualification or equivalent, or proven commercial spa management experience.
• Ability to exceed sales and revenue targets while maintaining service excellence.
