Spa Therapist – 18 hrs/week (Flexible Shifts)

About the role

We are looking for a Spa Therapist to join Resorts World Birmingham on an 18‑hour per week basis. The role involves delivering a range of spa treatments across flexible shifts, including Saturdays, in a vibrant leisure destination.

Key responsibilities

• Perform facial, body and massage treatments for guests.
• Work flexible shifts from Monday to Sunday, with availability on Saturdays.
• Maintain treatment rooms to high hygiene and presentation standards.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist delivering facials, body treatments and massages.
• Friendly, reliable, team‑oriented with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
