Spa Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Spa Therapist to join our Woolwich Waves location. The role involves delivering a range of wellness, massage and beauty treatments while providing a welcoming and professional experience for our members and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a positive image of the spa by delivering welcoming, helpful, and professional service.
• Ensure compliance with spa rules, health and safety regulations and the Customer Charter.
• Assist patrons with facility use and promote the Spa London Experience.
• Book enquiries, tours and treatments using the brand’s Standard Operating Procedures.
• Market and promote the spa, achieving personal sales targets and actively up‑selling services.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and organisation of the spa environment.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in spa therapy.
• Excellent customer service and organisational abilities.
• Ability to promote and sell spa services with tact and sensitivity.
• Understanding of spa/health‑and‑fitness centre customer expectations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic booking systems.
