Spa/Beauty Manager

About the role

Our client, the UK’s largest operator of leisure facilities and spas, is seeking a Spa/Beauty Manager for their flagship spa in Alton, Hampshire. You will lead a high‑performing team, ensure a luxurious guest experience and drive commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and schedule the therapist and host teams to deliver premium treatments.
• Provide expert advice to guests on spa facilities, treatments and product use.
• Promote memberships, manage bookings and drive sales of treatments.
• Oversee recruitment, staff rostering and payroll administration.
• Maintain product knowledge, deliver treatment training and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
• Prepare and manage the spa’s budget, monitor revenue and control costs.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a luxury spa or beauty environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of meeting sales and profitability targets.
• Level 3 Beauty qualification or equivalent; non‑practising managers with strong commercial spa management skills will also be considered.
