Spa/Massage Therapist – Isle of Arran (Live‑in accommodation)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Spa/Massage Therapist to join our award‑winning spa team on the picturesque Isle of Arran. You will deliver luxurious treatments using the ishga skincare brand and provide five‑star service from guest arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all core spa treatments – massages, facials, waxing, pedicures – to the highest standard following brand‑specific routines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of spa services and products and take part in ongoing training.
• Upsell treatments and retail products to increase sales.
• Assist the Senior Therapist and Spa Manager with additional tasks as required.

Required profile

• Completed HND/NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification.
• Confident delivering a full range of beauty treatments, including massages, facials, waxing and pedicures.
• Previous experience working in a spa environment, preferably with ishga products.
