Spanish Speaking Credit Controller

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Credit Controller who can manage UK and Spanish customer accounts for a multinational client in Notting Hill. The role is permanent and hybrid, offering the chance to work closely with sales, customer service and our Spanish subsidiary.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end credit control for UK and Spanish ledgers.
• Chase outstanding debt via phone, email and letters in both English and Spanish.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments.
• Resolve queries and disputes in collaboration with Sales and Customer Service teams.
• Allocate cash, reconcile accounts and produce debtor reports, escalating risk accounts.
• Set up new customer accounts, conduct credit checks and recommend credit limits.
• Liaise with Spanish subsidiary on local payment terms and legal requirements.
• Support month‑end reporting on debtor days, cash collection targets and provisions.

Required profile

• Native‑level speaking, reading and writing in Spanish.
• Proven experience working within a finance function.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for ledger management.
