Spanish Teacher – Full‑Time (Temp‑to‑Perm)

About the role

Join a thriving secondary school in Rochdale and inspire a love of languages in young learners. The successful candidate will teach Spanish to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, delivering engaging, confidence‑building lessons that develop fluency in modern foreign languages.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑quality Spanish lessons for KS3 and KS4.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team and MFL department colleagues.
• Participate in continuous professional development and school initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Proven experience teaching Spanish at Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Passion for language learning and student success.
• Commitment to raising attainment and inspiring young people.
