About the role

Special Projects works directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff, taking on the most urgent needs of the company. The role is fluid, covering anything from fundraising prep to legal and market‑entry work, and requires a hands‑on, detail‑oriented approach.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare fundraising materials and financial models.
• Navigate legal, regulatory and market‑access challenges for new country launches.
• Own interim functions until permanent hires are made.
• Deliver high‑quality work with no need for second‑guessing or re‑work.

Required profile

• 1–3 years in a high‑performance environment such as investment banking, strategy consulting or a fast‑growing startup.
• Proven track record of top‑quartile performance academically and professionally.
• AI‑native: routinely use AI tools to accelerate work.
• Structured thinker who can break down ambiguous problems and communicate solutions quickly.
• Ruthlessly organized with multiple workstreams managed simultaneously.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel modeling.
• PowerPoint slide creation.
