About the role
We are seeking a dedicated ARP Teacher to join a leading primary school in Camden, delivering specialist support for pupils with autism and complex learning needs. The role starts in September and offers a full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday schedule within a collaborative SEND team.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons for pupils with autism and additional needs.
- Collaborate daily with specialist support staff, therapists and teaching assistants.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies to individual goals.
- Contribute to the development of inclusive practice across the school.
- Maintain accurate records and share insights with the wider SEND team.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
- Experience in SEND settings, preferably with autism provision.
- Strong understanding of autism, inclusive pedagogy and behavioural support.
- Creative, adaptable and committed to student development.
