Specialist Financial & Regulatory Reporting

About the role

The Specialist Financial & Regulatory Reporting role ensures that all UK regulatory reporting obligations to the PRA, FCA and CB UAE are met accurately and on time. Based in London, the position supports the broader UK Finance objectives and segregation of duties as directed by the line manager.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit all regulatory returns in line with PRA, FCA and CB UAE guidelines.
• Maintain an annual tracker of all regulatory and tax reports issued by the UK Finance department.
• Advise business units on new and existing products to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage, maintain and enhance UK regulatory reporting software, including the Regnology system.
• Support CASS reporting, annual questionnaires for UK customers, and daily SONIA reporting.
• Respond to variance queries from UK regulators and produce ad‑hoc reports for head office.
• Lead project‑style changes to reporting requirements, including impact assessments and user‑acceptance testing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in UK regulatory reporting (PRA, FCA) and familiarity with CB UAE requirements.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and ability to keep up with regulatory changes.
• Project‑management capability to plan and deliver reporting changes.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
