Specialist Property Finance Broker

About the role

Our client is an award‑winning brokerage specialising in bridging, refurbishment, commercial mortgages and development loans. They generate their own inbound leads, allowing you to focus on structuring and completing property finance deals.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with inbound client enquiries and assess borrower needs.
• Structure tailored finance solutions including bridging, development, commercial and investment finance.
• Manage cases from enquiry through to completion, supported by packaging and compliance teams.
• Liaise with lenders, valuers and solicitors to ensure smooth deal progression.
• Provide expert advice to help clients make strategic funding decisions.
• Identify repeat‑business opportunities and build lasting client relationships.

Required profile

• Hold a full CeMAP qualification (preferred).
• Commercial mindset with the ability to structure deals efficiently.
• Confident communication with investors and lenders.
• Experience brokering and structuring specialist property finance deals, particularly bridging and specialist lending.

Required skills

• Full CeMAP qualification.
