Specialist SEND Tutor/Teacher (Maths, English, Science) - KS1 to KS5

About the Role

We are looking for passionate and specialized educators to deliver high-impact, personalized learning experiences.

Main Missions

• Deliver tailored educational support in Mathematics, English, or Science to students from KS1 to KS5.
• Plan and implement bespoke lesson plans adapted to individual learning needs and trauma-informed approaches.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing detailed feedback to schools and local authorities.
• Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for children and adolescents.
• Collaborate with educational stakeholders to ensure holistic student development.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, ideally working with SEND or SEMH populations.
• Must hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or QTLS qualification.
• Proven ability to apply trauma-informed teaching methodologies.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and child protection.
• Must hold an enhanced DBS check (or be able to facilitate one).
• Right to work in the UK and professional references available.
