Specification Manager – Construction Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Specification Manager to drive specification‑led sales across Surrey, Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors and distributors to grow our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage specification‑led sales opportunities within the construction sector.
• Cover the Surrey, Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset regions, engaging a variety of stakeholders.
• Use CRM systems to track sales activities and project progress.
• Collaborate with the Southern Sales Manager and the Southern Sales Team.
• Spend approximately four days per week on the road and one day on administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of specification‑led sales experience in construction.
• Experience with structural waterproofing or concrete repair is desirable.
• Proven track record working with large contractors.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to work independently.
• CSSW qualification is a plus.
