Speech & Language Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Speech & Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at The Secret Garden School, an independent specialist day school in North Warwickshire. You will work directly with children who have complex needs, including ADHD, autism, and communication difficulties, delivering therapeutic interventions that support their educational and personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language and communication assessments.
• Develop and deliver individualised therapy plans based on clinical formulation.
• Collaborate with educational and residential staff to embed therapeutic practice across the school.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the clinical service.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.

Required profile

• Qualified Speech & Language Therapist, registered with the relevant professional body.
• Experience working with children and young people with special educational needs (SEND).
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
