Speech & Language Therapist – Part‑time (Carshalton)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Speech & Language Therapist to join our team in Carshalton on a part‑time, temporary basis. The role involves supporting learners in accessing their curriculum through tailored communication interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct holistic assessments and deliver person‑centred interventions.
• Support students with communication, social, and behavioural needs.
• Collaborate with teaching teams to embed communication strategies across settings.
• Provide training and coaching to staff.
• Work closely with families, carers, and external professionals.

Required profile

• Recognised qualification in Speech & Language Therapy.
• Experience in special educational settings.
• Background working with young people and adults with complex needs, including autism and profound learning difficulties.
