About the role
Join a fast‑growing charity to launch a brand‑new community football programme in Leicester. You will use the power of sport to create confidence, life‑skills and a sense of belonging for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day operations of the Leicester programme, working closely with the national team and two full‑time coaches.
- Build and maintain partnerships with schools, businesses and community organisations.
- Coordinate football sessions, facilities, equipment and scheduling.
- Support and manage local coaches to ensure high‑quality delivery.
- Oversee budgets, reporting and performance metrics.
- Analyse data and feedback to continuously improve participation and impact.
Required profile
- Strong academic background with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven experience coordinating projects, events or operational programmes.
- Outstanding organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proactive, hands‑on attitude and genuine passion for football’s community impact.
