Staff Nurse Theatre – Scrub

About the role

Join the Theatre department at Ramsay Health Care UK as a Staff Nurse specialising in scrub duties. You will work across Rowley Hall and Beacon Park Hospital, supporting surgical teams in a state‑of‑the‑art environment with laminar airflow theatres and integrated technology.

Key responsibilities

• Provide scrub support for surgeries in Orthopaedics, General, Gynaecology and Urology.
• Assist the surgical team in maintaining a sterile environment and preparing instruments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth theatre workflow.

Required profile

• NMC registration with no restrictions.
• Experience in surgical scrub across multiple specialties.
• Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible, positive attitude and empathetic character.
