Staff Nurse – Ward (Night Shift)

About the role

Ramsay Health Care UK is seeking a Staff Nurse to join the night‑shift team on the inpatient wards at Rivers Hospital. This full‑time position offers 30 hours per week and focuses on delivering safe, high‑quality clinical care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients on surgical wards during night shifts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols.
• Support the ‘Speaking Up for Safety’ programme by reporting concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Previous experience working on a surgical ward.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible, positive attitude with a warm and empathetic character.
