Static Fabric Engineer – Multi‑Skilled FM Role

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi‑Skilled Engineer to join a dedicated Facilities Management team supporting a key site in Hampshire. Operating in a static capacity, you will be responsible for maintenance, fabric repairs and operational improvements across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver multi‑skilled PPM work and routine checks on site assets and facilities.
• Carry out reactive repairs, general site maintenance, asset replacement and minor improvement works.
• Perform cross‑trade tasks such as minor plumbing, joinery, building works and drainage leak repairs.
• Assist with grounds work and general fabric maintenance to keep operations safe and efficient.

Required profile

• Recognised trade qualification (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds or equivalent apprenticeship).
• Proven experience in multi‑skilled building fabric and facilities‑management maintenance.
• Valid First Aid at Work certificate (desirable).
• Ability to obtain UK SC Security Clearance.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.

What we offer

• Salary £38,000 – £42,500 per annum (depending on experience).
• 33 days annual leave.
• Standard working hours: Mon‑Thu 08:00‑17:00, Fri 08:00‑16:00.
