Stock Assistant

About the role

As a Stock Assistant you will be at the heart of the store, helping to keep operations running smoothly. You will receive deliveries, stock shelves, assist customers and help create a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service
• Stock shelves quickly and present products attractively
• Check deliveries and product quality, removing items that do not meet Aldi standards

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable and ready to support customers and the team
• Comfortable replenishing stock at pace to ensure product availability
• Reliable, flexible and possess a can‑do attitude in a fast‑moving environment
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential – attitude matters most
