Stock Assistant

About the role

As a Stock Assistant at Aldi you will be at the heart of the store, ensuring smooth operations from deliveries to the shop floor. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere while keeping shelves well‑stocked and products presented at their best.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
• Stock shelves quickly and present products to look their best.
• Check deliveries and product quality, removing items that don’t meet Aldi standards.

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable, and ready to support customers and the team.
• Comfortable replenishing stock at pace to ensure best availability for customers.
• Reliable and flexible with a can‑do attitude in a fast‑moving environment.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential – attitude matters most.
