Stock & Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Stock & Systems Administrator to join our Crick warehouse team on a full‑time permanent basis. You will support the efficient handling of administrative processes for the warehouse and customers, reporting to the Stock and Systems Supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships and process orders, forms and quotes.
• Respond promptly to customer queries via phone or email, escalating when necessary.
• Keep customer and supplier information up‑to‑date in the WMS.
• Communicate with internal and external departments and update the WMS with account changes and notes.
• Cross‑check supplier activity against bookings and coordinate lead‑time updates.
• Notify management of any non‑compliant issues and perform other assigned duties.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
• Pro‑active, adaptable and able to solve problems methodically.
• Customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
