About the role
Join Aldi’s fast‑paced store team in Urmston, where every day brings new challenges. As a Store Assistant you will help keep the shop running smoothly, from receiving deliveries to creating a welcoming environment for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
- Stock shelves, check product quality and maintain strong merchandising standards.
- Operate tills accurately and promptly.
- Receive deliveries and ensure proper placement of goods.
Required profile
- Approachable and ready to support customers and teammates.
- Hard‑working, able to stay on feet in a busy environment.
- Reliable, flexible and possess a can‑do attitude.
- Comfortable handling numbers and basic till operations.
Required skills
- Basic till operation.

- Competitive hourly pay of £13.50 with progression.
- Flexible contracts between 10‑30 hours per week.
