Store Assistant – Part‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, reliable Store Assistant to join our Hartlepool store on a part‑time basis. You will work around 12 hours each week, helping to keep the shop running smoothly and delivering a great experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and organise deliveries, ensuring stock is rotated and displayed correctly.
• Maintain tidy, fully stocked shelves and aisles.
• Greet customers, answer queries and provide assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and store standards.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude and enjoyment of customer interaction.
• Ability to work in a busy retail environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts.
• Previous experience in retail, sales or hospitality is a plus but not essential.
