Store Colleague – Convenience

About the role

Join a local Morrisons Daily store as a Store Colleague, helping the neighbourhood shop run smoothly and delivering friendly service to customers. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team, covering a variety of store functions.

Key responsibilities

• Operate tills and handle cash, including occasional Post Office duties (subject to DBS clearance).
• Manage stock levels, replenish shelves and ensure accurate product placement.
• Assist with merchandising and visual presentation of the store.
• Prepare Food‑to‑Go items when required.
• Maintain store safety, legal compliance and cleanliness.
• Cover supervisory duties when needed (additional pay applies).
• Perform regular lone‑working tasks safely and confidently.

Required profile

• Enjoys interacting with customers and the local community.
• Flexible with early‑morning and occasional late‑night shifts.
• Comfortable working alone for periods of time.
• Over 18 years old for locations that sell alcohol.
