Store Colleague – Convenience (Swindon)

About the role

Join the Morrisons Daily team in Swindon and become an essential part of your local neighbourhood shop. You will work alongside colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and keep the store running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Operate tills and handle cash transactions, including occasional Post Office duties (subject to DBS).
• Manage stock levels, conduct stock control and merchandising.
• Prepare Food to Go items when required.
• Ensure the store operates safely and complies with legal requirements.
• Cover supervisory duties when needed (additional pay applies).
• Perform regular lone working tasks independently.

Required profile

• Enjoys going above and beyond for customers.
• Flexible with working hours, including early mornings and late evenings.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, active environment.
• Confident working independently during lone‑working periods.
• Over 18 years old for locations that sell alcohol.

What we offer

• £10.85 – £12.71 per hour, dependent on age.
