Store Director – Luxury Fashion Flagship

About the role

We are partnering with a world‑renowned luxury fashion house to find a Store Director for its premier London flagship. The successful candidate will own all aspects of the store, driving sales performance while creating an environment where clients and colleagues thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a multi‑layered team of 30+ retail professionals.
• Set and achieve ambitious sales targets in collaboration with regional leadership.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences that reinforce brand loyalty.
• Partner with specialist teams such as Client Development, Visual Merchandising, Operations and Training to ensure seamless execution.
• Analyse business performance, identify opportunities to maximise profitability and productivity.
• Maintain the highest standards of operational excellence, compliance and luxury presentation.
• Develop succession plans and nurture future leaders through coaching and performance management.

• Proven experience managing large flagship retail environments for luxury brands.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
