Store Manager – Bluewater Retail

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Store Manager to lead our Bluewater location, a flagship store for a global luxury home, body and wellbeing brand. You will be the heartbeat of the store, ensuring every customer enjoys a memorable, uplifting experience while driving commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing team with a strong service ethos.
• Deliver a warm, personalised customer experience that reflects the brand’s values.
• Manage store KPIs, sales targets and visual standards.
• Oversee daily operations including stock management, scheduling and compliance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and continuous coaching of staff.
• Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.
• Champion wellbeing, positivity and a supportive team culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior Assistant Manager in beauty, lifestyle, home or premium retail.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent organisational and proactive management skills.
• Warm, engaging personality with the ability to build rapport.
• Passion for wellbeing, self‑care and creating a calming retail environment.
