The Store Manager leads the Brighton store, ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do and that the community can explore, experiment, and enjoy our brands.
Key responsibilities
- Curate and maintain a compelling selection of beauty products that reflect Space NK’s innovative brand portfolio.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, placing the customer at the centre of all store activities.
- Drive store performance through community engagement and loyalty initiatives.
Required profile
- Passion for beauty and a strong interest in innovative beauty brands.
- Eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
- Ability to work full‑time (approximately 37.5 hours per week) in an onsite retail environment.
