Store Manager – Cambridge

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is seeking a Store Manager for its Cambridge location. You will be the face of the brand, responsible for driving store performance, leading a team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve profit and loss targets by implementing sell‑out initiatives.
• Motivate, mentor and manage the store team to deliver outstanding service.
• Control costs and oversee store operations including stock management, payroll, administration and rota planning.
• Monitor KPIs, generate reports and communicate action plans to the District Manager.
• Analyse commercial data and take corrective actions to meet performance goals.
• Support team training and share product knowledge.
• Recruit, induct and develop high‑calibre team members passionate about denim.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Proven experience managing and developing retail teams.
• Track record of driving KPIs and controlling costs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good understanding of HR policies and processes.
• Experience handling store operations, stock and administrative duties.
