Store Manager – Customer-Focused Leadership Role

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead a high‑traffic, customer‑facing operation. You will be visible on the shop floor, coaching staff, solving problems in real time and ensuring every interaction meets the highest standards of service.

Required profile

• Current experience managing a retail store, hotel, hospitality venue or similar customer‑focused operation.
• Passion for working with people and a hands‑on, visible leadership style.
• High standards, willingness to challenge when needed, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Natural talent for motivating, coaching and inspiring teams.
• Strong presence, energy‑lifting personality and genuine care for people.
