Store Manager – Fashion Retail (Cambridge)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead our fashion retail outlet in Cambridge. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and managing the day‑to‑day operations of the store.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of sales and customer‑service staff.
• Set and achieve sales targets, monitor KPIs and implement improvement plans.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a welcoming store environment.
• Manage store budgets, stock levels and inventory control.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues to guarantee satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a fashion or accessories store or a senior retail team.
• Demonstrated ability to increase sales and meet performance metrics.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for fashion.
• Ambitious, energetic and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
