About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a successful fashion retail store in Chiswick. The role is hands‑on, fast‑paced and focused on delivering excellent customer experience while driving commercial performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Fashion Retail Manager, Retail Manager or Branch Manager.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth and meeting KPIs.
• Experience managing, coaching and developing retail teams.
• Ability to lead from the front in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and decision‑making skills.
• Positive, energetic and proactive leadership style.
• Passion for customer service and results through people.
