Store Manager – Greggs & Food Service (Bedminster)

About the role

As a Greggs Manager at Asda in Bedminster you will lead the in‑store food service operations across multiple branded outlets including Greggs, Burger King and Subway. You will be responsible for delivering a consistent, high‑quality customer experience while meeting brand standards and health & safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all food service units within the store.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and training to ensure adequate coverage.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and legal compliance across all outlets.
• Control costs, stock levels and labour to achieve profitability targets.
• Drive performance through coaching, performance reviews and motivation of the team.
• Ensure brand standards are upheld and customer service expectations are exceeded.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing or supervising in a food service or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and operational compliance.
• Ability to lead and develop a multi‑disciplinary team.
• Commercial awareness with focus on cost and stock control.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
